Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead and drive strategic initiatives across our ServiceNow landscape. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in ITSM, FSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow development, and capable of designing and implementing solutions that enhance platform capabilities. This role will have a strong focus on portal experience, platform architecture, and AI-driven enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, FSM, and CMDB modules
• Architect and oversee the Experience Portal implementation project to enhance end-user engagement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and design scalable, secure ServiceNow applications
• Enable and drive AI adoption and explore new platform capabilities to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide architectural guidance and hands-on support to development and operations teams
• Ensure alignment of ServiceNow strategy with broader enterprise architecture
• Monitor performance, perform platform tuning, and maintain platform health
• Work closely with ServiceNow developers to design custom applications and integrations
• Establish and enforce best practices for coding, performance, and security within the ServiceNow environment
