Associate Quality / Senior Associate Quality

Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Quality / Senior Associate Quality to join our team. This role involves ensuring the quality of our products and services by conducting thorough testing and validation, identifying improvement areas in processes, and collaborating with various departments to meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality assurance, a keen analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Overall Responsibilities : Quality Assurance :

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of products and services to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts, documenting results and discrepancies.

Process Improvement :

Compliance :

Ensure that all quality assurance activities comply with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining adherence to industry standards.

Work closely with other departments, such as development, operations, and product management, to ensure alignment on quality standards and objectives.
