Mentor junior designers and support design pitches for new business ????️ Your Core Skills Expert in Figma (design systems, prototyping, generative tools like Figma Make) Strong in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) with familiarity in Firefly Solid foundation in user-centered design, interaction design, and usability

Experience designing for AI-driven experiences Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and IA

Ability to prototype, test, and iterate quickly

Strong visual craft, storytelling, and communication
