Senior API Management Platform Support Engineer

Hello,

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Support Engineer with strong expertise in Apigee Hybrid and API management–related support. This role demands hands-on troubleshooting, platform monitoring, and in-depth knowledge of Kubernetes environments.

Experience : 5–9 years

Location : Hinjewadi Phase II, Pune

Shifts : 6 AM–3 PM and 2 PM–11 PM

Work Mode : Hybrid - 3 days WFO

Must-Have Skills

• Apigee Hybrid (mandatory)
• Strong exposure – support, monitoring, complex L2 / L3 troubleshooting
• API management platform support
• Experience in Kubernetes (AKS, OpenShift)
• Mentoring exposure
• Effective communication skills
