Senior Consultant - Sitecore Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of designers, developers, QA, and DevOps professionals to deliver high-quality software within timelines and budget.
• Design, architect, and develop Sitecore-based web applications using C#, .NET, Next.js, React, and GraphQL .
• Build and maintain custom Sitecore modules, templates, and components leveraging SXA, JSS, and Sitecore Content Serialization .
• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle, from design and architecture to testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product owners, and clients to define technical requirements and ensure business alignment.
• Manage CI / CD pipelines , version control systems (Git, Bitbucket), and deployment strategies.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization to ensure maintainable and efficient code.
• Lead architecture discussions, prepare technical documentation, and drive the adoption of best practices.
• Guide project direction, prioritize tasks, and support multiple concurrent initiatives using Agile / Scrum methodologies .
