Social Media Manager

who’s got the spark, the strategy, and the sass to make brands shine online. If you've spent at least 2 years in a digital or creative agency and know your way around a content calendar like a pro—this one’s for you. What You’ll Do : Build thumb-stopping social media strategies & award-worthy campaign ideas ️ Create engaging content calendars for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube & more ✍️ Craft copy that clicks—for creatives, captions & campaigns Ideate, script, shoot (yes, shoot!), and edit reels—extra love if you’re camera-friendly Come up with viral-worthy campaign ideas, influencer tie-ups, meme gold Track, analyze & optimize your content’s performance Stay ahead of trends, tools, and the ever-changing social landscape What We’re Looking For :

• 3–4 years of hands-on social experience (at least 2 in a creative / digital agency) ✍️ Killer copywriting & storytelling skills Bonus if you’ve got marketing awards under your belt Strong understanding of platform algorithms & user behavior ️ Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Talkwalker, or similar Interest in AI tools for idea amplification And if you have a personal content creator streak—we’d love that too!
