Role Overview
We are looking for a Workforce Management professional with strong experience in workforce planning, demand-to-fulfilment lifecycle management, and bench governance. The role will work closely with Delivery, Sales, Talent Acquisition and Practice leaders to ensure optimal talent deployment and fulfilment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end demand fulfilment : demand intake, validation, prioritization, and internal staffing coordination.
- Track and govern bench and redeployment, ensuring faster staffing and minimizing bench cost.
- Maintain real-time visibility of resource supply, demand pipeline, critical skills, and risks.
- Partner with TA for external hiring and L&D / Practices for upskilling / reskilling alignment.
- Monitor utilization and billability metrics, including fulfilment SLAs and workforce KPIs.
- Build and publish dashboards / reports for leadership on fulfilment trends, forecasting and workforce insights.
- Drive process, data quality, and automation improvements within WFM.
Required Skills & Experience
10–12 years of hands-on experience in WFM / Resource Management / Capacity Planning in an IT services environment.Strong understanding of technology skills and IT project lifecycles.Expertise in bench management, fulfilment operations, and workforce analytics.Advanced proficiency in Excel / Sheets, reporting and WFM tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across functions.Good to Have
Exposure to Data Analytics and AI talent landscape.Experience using analytics / BI platforms (Power BI / Tableau / Qlik) or AI-enabled matching engines.Attributes for Success

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business / HR / Engineering / Technology / IT.
