Job description

Position - SAP PP Specialist based in Bangalore, India

Full-time position – to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the functionality, maintenance, end user support and improvement of the SAP

Production Planning module.

  • Responsible for the collection, harmonization and prioritization of business requirements in the

    • Production Execution and Production Planning areas.

  • Support of cross-modular business process optimization.
  • Support the global organization in the implementation of updates and / or new features of SAP.
  • Involvement in the S / 4HANA transformation program in.
  • Responsible for the training and implementation of the SAP PP developed group solutions, ensuring a

    • smooth transition into the production environment.

  • Documentation of configuration and deployment according to the defined change and release

    • processes. Creation and maintenance of all manuals in accordance with the current business processes.

  • Assist with assignment of user authorizations (role concept, authorization profiles, authorization

    • objects).

  • Understand the logic of the SAP transport system.
  • Assist with the implementation of customizing, development, modifications on SAP PP.
  • Identify and coordinate patch implementation. Assist with the adaptation of modifications.
  • Support of interfaces (Batch Input, RFC etc.), SAP script forms and reporting (Report Painter / Writer,

    • drilldown reports, queries, statistics, workflow).

    Your profile :

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of SAP PP experience
  • SAP Certified with full lifecycle SAP S / 4HANA implementation experience
  • Proficient in SAP PP configuration, Production Planning / Execution, and Master Data
  • Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, PS, CO, FI, QM, and EWM
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing / automotive business processes
  • Basic ABAP (e.g., debugging)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Effective communicator with international team and consulting experience
  • Fluent in English (C1–C2 CEFR); Portuguese, Spanish, German, or Mandarin a plus
  • Willing to travel internationally as required
  • High integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Project
