Job description

What do we need from your end?

  • Plan, execute, and optimize international CPL (Cost-Per-Lead) campaigns across platforms such as Meta, BIGO, Taboola, and others.
  • Manage multi-channel media buying to achieve performance goals (CPL, ROI, and lead volume).
  • Build and nurture relationships with advertisers , agencies, publishers, and traffic networks.
  • Oversee daily campaign performance; adjust targeting , bids , and creatives to maximize results.
  • Ensure lead quality and compliance with GDPR , CCPA , and platform-specific policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for landing page optimization, ad creatives, and tracking integrations.
  • Stay on top of industry trends , platform algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
  • Analyze data and generate insightful performance reports to inform decision-making.
  • Support forecasting , budgeting , and overall strategy planning for lead generation efforts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in CPL performance marketing , ad tech, and media buying.
  • Proven expertise in media buying across international markets (USA, UK, etc.), with a strong focus on CPL campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta Ads , BIGO , Taboola , Outbrain , and other native / display traffic sources.
  • Skilled in campaign setup, optimization , and achieving performance targets (CPL, ROI, lead quality).
  • Experience managing relationships with both advertisers (agencies & direct clients) and supply-side partners (publishers, networks).
  • Proficient in analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics , Voluum , and similar platforms for performance monitoring and reporting.
