The Role : Product Management at Portal26

We’re looking for a seasoned Product Manager to help us expand our offering and drive the next generation of AI governance and adoption tools. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on building impactful products, is energized by solving real customer problems, and enjoys working cross-functionally across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success.

You’ll own product capabilities from idea to launch—and beyond. If you’re excited by every part of the product lifecycle—spotting market needs, crafting elegant solutions, launching features that delight customers, and closing the feedback loop—this is your team.

Will report to the Chief Product Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and requirements to release and adoption.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs.
• Collaborate with engineering to build valuable, usable, and feasible features.
• Own feature definition, user stories, and backlog prioritization.
• Create compelling demos, presentations, and sales enablement assets.
• Partner with marketing, sales / pre-sales, customer success, and documentation teams to support feature adoption.
• Present feature roadmap updates and release overviews to internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively gather customer feedback, analyze usage, and iterate on features.
