Job Summary :

This individual contributor is highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Functional / Technical Integration Developer with expertise in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HCM Extract, BI Reports, Fast Formula, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Experience with Dell Boomi or similar integration tools is a plus. The candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Oracle HCM and other systems to support our business processes and ensure seamless data flow.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and five (5) years of experience in Technology development / engineering

3 years of experience in integration development, specifically with Oracle HCM

3 years of development experience with Oracle database or database technologies

3 years experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).

2 years of development experience with cloud platforms such as OCI (Oracle Integration Cloud Infrastructure)

2 years experience developing and implementing data warehousing technologies within a large organization.

3 years of experience in Oracle HCM integration technologies, including HCM Extract, BI Reports, Fast Formula, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
