Generative Ai Engineer (2+ Years Agentic Ai Experience)

Phinite.Ai is transforming how enterprises design, deploy, and scale AI Agentic applications. We're looking for a Generative AI Engineer who has already built and deployed real Agentic AI systems and wants to push the boundaries of multi-agent workflows.

What You’ll Work On

You will design, prototype, and deploy production-grade agentic systems for Fortune 1000 enterprises across telecom, logistics, healthcare, insurance, hospitality, and more. This is a core engineering role that blends LLM engineering, system design, and backend integration.

Required Experience

You must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in :

Agentic AI & Generative AI

• Agentic frameworks : LangGraph, CrewAI , Autogen, or similar
• Multi-agent workflow design & tool-use orchestration
• RAG pipelines :

Vector DBs (Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, Weaviate, etc.)

Retrieval optimization, evaluation, chunking strategies

System prompts, tool invocation prompts, multi-agent instructions

Accuracy, reasoning control, hallucination prevention

Software Engineering & Backend Integrations

REST / GraphQL APIs

Webhooks

Internal enterprise APIs

External service integrations

Databases (Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)

Vector stores

Custom data pipelines

Production Experience
