Job Title : Teamcenter Performance & Development Engineer

Location : Pune,Mumbai

Employment Type : Full-Time, Work From Office (WFO)

Experience Required : 3 to 5 years

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners or up to 30 Days Only

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Teamcenter Performance Development Engineer to optimize, monitor, and enhance the performance and scalability of our Teamcenter PLM environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter architecture, performance tuning, and experience in diagnosing and resolving system performance issues in large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and improve the performance of Teamcenter applications and infrastructure.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the application, database, and network layers.
  • Conduct performance testing, benchmarking, and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to optimize server and database configurations.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring tools / scripts and dashboards for performance metrics.
  • Work with Siemens support and R&D teams to resolve complex performance issues.
  • Participate in Teamcenter upgrades, patches, and architectural reviews with a focus on performance impact.
  • Provide technical leadership in implementing performance best practices in Teamcenter customization and deployment.
  • Document performance tuning procedures, metrics, and solutions.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Teamcenter administration and performance tuning.
  • Strong knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter (RAC, TC Server, BMIDE, FMS, Dispatcher, etc.).
  • Experience with performance profiling tools and APMs (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana).
  • Proficiency in Teamcenter ITK, SOA, Java, or C++ customization.
  • Hands-on experience with database performance (Oracle or MS SQL) in the context of Teamcenter.
  • Familiarity with Windows / Linux server environments and scripting (Shell, PowerShell, or Python).
  • Understanding of PLM business processes and data structures.
