Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Panaji for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The primary responsibilities include overseeing and managing housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met, coordinating daily housekeeping operations, maintaining cleaning equipment, and addressing any facility-related issues. The role involves scheduling, assigning tasks, and performing regular inspections to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and organization are upheld.

Qualifications

Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, with the ability to manage and lead housekeeping team members effectively.

Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and understanding of Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM).

Strong Communication skills to convey instructions clearly and work collaboratively with team members and management.

Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Experience in a similar role within hospitality, healthcare, or facility management is preferred.

Basic knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene standards.

High school diploma or equivalent required; further certifications in related fields are an advantage.
