About the Role Spinny is looking for a skilled and versatile
Graphic Designer
to join our
central design team
product designers
marketing teams
product stakeholders
to bring ideas to life through high-impact visual design. From explainer videos to brand campaigns, your work will shape how users see and connect with Spinny. If you thrive in a fast-paced, ownership-driven culture—and love turning concepts into scroll-stopping visuals—this one's for you.
What You’ll Do Design high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, product launches, internal communications, and more Collaborate with
product designers
to ensure consistency across brand and product touchpoints Create small
explainer videos
motion graphics, and lightweight animations Build on-brand
illustrations
iconography, and social content Work across
Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
and relevant AI design tools Integrate
AI tools
e.G., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.) into your workflow for faster, scalable creativity Sketch or wireframe ideas by hand when helpful before moving to digital execution Contribute to and evolve Spinny’s visual language and brand consistency across teams Stay updated with design trends and tools to keep our design practice sharp and modern.
What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of graphic design experience in a fast-moving or startup environment A strong, diverse
portfolio
showcasing work across visual styles and formats Mastery of fundamentals—typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy Experience with
motion design
or animation tools like After Effects or similar Proficiency with
Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
and Canva Exposure to
AI-powered design tools
and workflows A collaborative mindset—able to work closely with product designers, marketers, and business teams Strong time management and prioritization skills
