THE GIG

As a QA Engineer in our Enterprise Technology team, you will :

  • Design & implement tests plans & test cases
  • Identify and track bugs and defects
  • Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Create comprehensive structures test plans and test cases
  • Design & develop and use test automation scripts
  • Track QA metrics

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

Must-Have Experience :

  • 2-4+ years working in a QA engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes & systems
  • Experience of working in an Agile / Scrum development process
  • Detailed problem solving skills
  • Experience of working with other development teams to ensure quality is designed in at all stages of product lifecycle
  • Technical Skills :

  • Proficient with test management systems such as JIRA, TestRail etc
  • Proficient in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript
  • Experience with performance testing as well as quality testing
  • Soft Skills :

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
  • QA Certification (eg ISTQB) is desirable
