Job Description :

  • Developing user-facing applications using React.js.
  • Building modular and reusable components and libraries.
  • Optimizing application for performance.
  • Implementing automated testing integrated into development and maintenance workflows.
  • Staying up-to-date with all recent developments in the JavaScript and React.js space.
  • Proposing any upgrades and updates necessary for keeping up with modern security and development best practices.
  • Implementing custom plugins made in vue.
  • Utilizing backend data services and contributing to increasing existing data services API.
  • As a true teammate, continuously improve the teams processes, brainstorm ideas, and communicate statuses, and progress.
  • Mentor other people, provide feedback and grow as a part of the team.
  • Learn new concepts and technologies.
  • Drive engineering excellence and ensure teams are delivering high-quality results.
  • Engage in interviewing for AddWeb and hire exceptional people.
  • Provide your team with group upskilling training once in a month.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Contribution in open source communities.
  • Creating a positive and passionate attitude within the team members.
  • Checking your team job satisfaction level in every quarter.
  • Provide the team a vision of the project objectives.

Requirements :

  • Must have at least 3+ years of React experience along with Redux / toolkit / recoil / Legend state management.
  • Must have 2+ years of Node.js experience (both in core node js and express).
  • Knowledge of Next.Js and tailwind is a big plus.
  • Well versed with AWS services such as : Amplify, SAM templates, Step functions, SSM, Redis caching, SQS, SNS, SES, Lambda functions & API gateway, PinPoint, Event bridge, Cognito, Cloudwatch along with basic services such as : RDS, EC2, S3 (Must have).
  • Well versed with : MongoDB, DynamoDB and MySQL (Must have).
  • Must be aware of how Github action works and aware of storing environment + secret variables on right places.
  • Big plus if s / he knows about AWS Athena, AWS Sage maker, AWs Kinesis, AWS timestream and AWS Appsync.
  • Good communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling team of 5+ members.
  • Willing to get on client meetings during odd hours whenever required.
  • S / he must be willing to actively contribute to the code (this is one of the core requirements).
