We are looking for a Process Senior Designer, whose main function will be :

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of process designers, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development among team members.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure effective teamwork and project delivery.
• Develop and review process design deliverables, including PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and process equipment specifications.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of process design deliverables to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications.
• Identify and mitigate design risks and issues, implementing appropriate corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and construction, to ensure seamless integration of process designs with overall project requirements.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to address design-related inquiries, provide technical support, and resolve design-related issues.
• Participate in design review meetings, project progress meetings, and technical presentations to stakeholders.
