AGM - IT Sales & Distribution
- Design and execute IT strategies for Primary and Secondary Sales for Retail, e-comm, Modern Trade, and General Trade.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of systems, including SAP SD, DMS, and SFA.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to gather requirements and provide effective IT solutions.
- Ensure enrichment and robustness of Sales Data Lake and Power BI to enable the supply chain function on their journey to data-driven operations
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including AI / ML-based initiatives like product recommendations and trade promotion optimization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and internal audit standards.
- Manage large-scale IT projects, including vendor selection, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to deliver high-impact business results.
