About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive our business growth through strategic sales planning, team leadership, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales operations team, managing customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and market share goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Set clear, measurable objectives for the sales team in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing operations sales team.
  • Set individual and team performance targets, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture.
  • Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
  • Implement lead nurturing systems and optimize sales funnel efficiency using CRM tools.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of escalation for client issues and work towards quick resolution.
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to uncover new client prospects.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Establish a structured process for collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Use insights to inform product / service enhancements and sales process improvements.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Promote the organizations products / services and develop strategic relationships.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and sales reports as per company guidelines.
