DUBUDDY , we are building a student-first platform that helps Class 12 students connect with verified seniors from their target colleges. As our UI / UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing intuitive, accessible, and user-centric experiences that solve real problems for Gen Z students navigating college admissions. This is more than a design role. We’re looking for someone who brings product thinking to every screen, wireframe, and interaction.

Responsibilities : - Conduct user research to understand student behaviors, motivations, and pain points Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes Create clean, high-fidelity designs that align with business goals and user needs Build and maintain design systems that ensure visual consistency across the platform Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and product leads Test and validate designs through usability testing and feedback sessions Adapt designs based on technical constraints and evolving product requirements Stay informed about design trends, accessibility standards, and industry best practices Contribute ideas to improve usability, onboarding, engagement, and retention of student users

Qualifications : - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles Experience using

Figma

for layout, prototyping, and design system management A portfolio demonstrating product thinking and the ability to solve user problems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong attention to detail and a deep interest in improving user experiences
