Senior Tech Recruiter – Job Description :
Role Overview
Lead end-to-end hiring for senior engineering, data, cloud, security and product roles.
Act as a strategic talent partner to leadership teams across India and APAC.
Drive a high-velocity, high-quality recruiting engine aligned with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiation, and closure.
Build deep talent pipelines for Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, DevOps, SRE, and Security.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and hiring success metrics.
Manage stakeholder communication and provide weekly hiring dashboards.
Drive proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, Flexi community channels, referrals, and events.
Champion candidate experience : fast SLAs, transparent updates, and strong relationship management.
Run recruitment analytics : funnel metrics, TAT reduction, source mix improvement.
Organize & leverage talent events, community roundtables, and hiring campaigns to accelerate pipeline.
Ensure compliance with internal processes, documentation, and data accuracy in ATS.
Negotiate offers and close top candidates in competitive markets.
Required Skills & Experience 5–10+ years of experience in tech hiring across India or global markets.
Strong exposure to engineering org structures, tech stacks, and modern product teams.
Proven experience hiring for senior / principal-level roles (SDE3+, Architects, EMs, Directors).
Hands-on sourcing expertise (Boolean, X-Ray, GitHub, communities, events, GCC talent market).
Excellent stakeholder management with C-suite, Site Leaders, and Engineering Heads.
Strong analytical mindset; experience using ATS, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
Exceptional communication, judgment, negotiation, and executive presence.
Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
Preferred Qualifications Experience hiring for fast-growing tech companies, GCCs, SaaS, AI / ML, Security, Fintech, or Product orgs.
Prior experience working with global recruiting teams.
Track record of building talent pipelines from scratch.
Exposure to employer branding, content creation, hiring events, and community-based sourcing.
