Role Description
Drive sales growth for our sustainable packaging solutions across Southern India, targeting three key customer segments :
- Supply Chain Partners (Stockists / Distributors / Resellers)
- Food Service Establishments (Restaurants, Cafes, QSRs, Cloud Kitchens)
- Institutional Clients (Railways, Airlines, Corporate Cafeterias, Large Chains)
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve targets across all customer segments : Supply Chain Partners (B2B Distribution), Food Service Establishments (B2B Direct), and Institutional Clients (B2B Enterprise)Identify and convert new business opportunities through regular field visitsMaintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high retentionSubmit daily field visit reports and conduct all field operations in strict accordance with company SOPs established by administrationDevelop targeted proposals for different customer segmentsQualifications
3+ years of sales experience in food packaging / disposables / hospitality industryProven track record of meeting sales targets and growing client baseFluency in English and Kannada (mandatory)Must own a motorcycle / scooter for field visits and a laptopProficient with Excel, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, TeleCRM & Zoho CRMSelf-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skillsBased in Bengaluru with ability to travel across Southern RegionJob Details
