AGM-Sales & Operations

Job Summary :

The AGM - Sales & Operations will oversee day-to-day sales performance retail operations and customer experience across all channels. The role involves driving revenue growth streamlining operational efficiency and ensuring smooth coordination between sales production logistics and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Manage and support retail showrooms dealer networks and B2B accounts.

Oversee operational processes including inventory control delivery scheduling and service quality.

Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Analyze sales performance data and prepare periodic business reports.

Lead train and motivate sales and operations teams to maintain brand standards and customer satisfaction.

Drive initiatives for process improvement cost optimization and operational excellence.

Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and customer service protocols.

Qualifications & Skills :

Graduate / MBA in Sales Marketing or Operations Management.

8-12 years of experience in furniture retail or consumer durable industry.

Strong leadership negotiation and analytical skills.

Proficiency in ERP / CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication and team management abilities.
