Senior Business Analyst

Skills Required

• Advanced degree in Business (MBA or CA or CFA), Economics, or Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and project delivery in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile or Scrum or Waterfall).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams on Data / AI / ML / Analytics projects.
• Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Possess experience in the BFSI sector, with a focus on the insurance domain.
• Must have a willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in business research and analysis.
• Must be a team player.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel as required (domestically or internationally).
