Job description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help drive our growth and success in the highly competitive telecommunication industry.

Job Description : As a Business Development Executive at Cloudshope, your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities :

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and regions for expansion.

Generate leads through various channels such as cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of potential clients.

2. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving business requirements and offer customized solutions.

3. Sales and Revenue Growth : Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business deals. Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.

4. Market and Competitor Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities. Use market insights to identify strategic opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

5. Collaboration and Reporting : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and meet client expectations. Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market insights to management.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in any field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events.
