We’re Hiring : Sales Executive (Individual Contributor)

At Ferra (ferra.Club), our mission is simple but powerful — helping people age gracefully, stay active, and live independently through strength training designed for those who feel traditional gyms don’t work for them.

We’re looking for a driven and empathetic Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll :

• Call and engage with inbound leads from our website
• Explain Ferra’s unique approach to fitness
• Empathize with people who’ve struggled in their fitness journey before
• Convert conversations into long-term customer relationships

What we’re looking for :

2–3 years of sales experience (comfortable with cold calling)

Strong communication & empathy

Interest in fitness and healthy living (not necessarily a gym buff!)

A self-starter who’s motivated by Ferra’s mission
