HR Coordinator
Principal Accountabilities : Key Activities and Decision-Making Areas :
- Candidate Coordination : Following recruiter screening of resumes, reach out to prospective candidates to confirm availability and schedule interviews.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management : Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events, while maintaining the team's agenda and calendar.
- Candidate Liaison : Communicate with candidates to confirm interview details, including date, time, location (Bookit), and Zoom link information.
- Outlook Calendar Coordination : Send detailed Outlook calendar invites with all relevant information for interviews and events.
- Dispositioning Candidates : Use Workday to disposition candidates for their respective business areas, and assist with other ad-hoc campus-related tasks as needed.
- Expense & Invoice Processing : Process candidate expenses, third-party vendor invoices from campus events, and pull CV books as required.
Customers / Stakeholders :
Collaboration with Onshore Teams : Work closely with onshore teams, including the HR Recruitment team, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of tasks.Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications (For the role, not the role holder) :
Educational Background : Postgraduate degree in HR with 2-4 years of relevant HR experience.Project Management & Process Migration : Proven ability to manage migrations of new processes, along with exposure to diverse / multicultural work environments, showcasing strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.Communication & Relationship Management : Excellent communication, presentation, tact, and diplomacy skills are essential for managing relationships with various teams and individuals within the company.Global Exposure : Experience working in a global setting, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.HR Coordination Experience : Previous experience as an HR Coordinator is preferred.Skills Required
