SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Due to internal growth and a significant pipeline, my client is seeking a Senior Project Manager who can hit the ground running and contribute to immediate success.

About the Role :

Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams and manage all aspects of project delivery, from tender and contract administration to completion and defect management. This is a pivotal leadership role requiring technical expertise, strategic planning, and strong client engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead pre-tender planning, risk assessments, and buildability reviews
• Develop and manage detailed project programs and budgets
• Oversee OH&S plans, QA processes, and site compliance
• Administer contracts, progress claims, variations, and project reporting
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Manage project handovers, client relationships, and post-construction obligations

What You’ll Bring :

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction or Project Management
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience leading commercial or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and Procure
• A leadership style defined by integrity, attention to detail, and team collaboration
