Job Position - Business License Analyst

  • Location : Vadodara, Gujarat, India
  • Shift Timing : 9 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM IST
  • Work Mode : Onsite - Vadodara office
  • Joining : Immediate joiners preferred

Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business License Analyst to join our team at the earliest for our night shift operations (9 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM IST). This role involves supporting US-based clients, especially in areas related to tax authorities and government bodies, with accurate and timely responses. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a willingness to learn. Candidates with prior experience in US or international voice processes, especially related to tax or government domains, will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with US-based clients and government authorities via phone and email.
  • Provide clear, professional, and timely assistance to client inquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US municipal and tax guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Compliance) for document processing and issue resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of interactions and documentation in accordance with internal standards and data protection regulations.
  • Follow internal SOPs and stay informed on relevant US policies, updates, and service standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline preferred.
  • 1–4 years of experience in customer service / BPO / KPO roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken – is a must.
  • Experience in US or international voice processes is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel and standard documentation practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Prior experience with US tax authorities or government-related services will be an added advantage.
