Technical Trainer - C, C++, Java, DSA

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Technical Trainer who can play a pivotal role in bridging technical content, curriculum design and client engagement. This role demands a blend of technical depth and the ability to connect with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure top-notch delivery of our learning solutions. A Master of Engineering (ME) is a good-to-have qualification.

Location :

Remote (Work from Home) with the flexibility to travel as needed for client engagements and training sessions.

Preferred Base Locations : Delhi / Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Engagements : Visit client locations to understand their technical training needs, propose solutions, and offer subject-matter guidance.
• Curriculum Development : Design, structure, and customize technical curriculum aligned with client objectives and industry standards.
• Technical Expertise : Serve as the go-to expert for all technical discussions during client interactions and solution presentations.
• Faculty Sessions : Conduct train-the-trainer programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal / external faculty.
• Content Quality Control : Review and ensure the accuracy, relevance, and quality of technical content and training material.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (delivery, content, and sales) to align learning solutions with client expectations.
