HIRD is looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team in Indore. This full-time on-site position provides a fantastic opportunity for entry-level professionals to kickstart their careers in the dynamic staffing and recruiting industry. As an HR Executive you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

In this role you will assist in various HR functions including talent acquisition employee onboarding and maintaining employee records. You will work closely with senior HR professionals to learn and develop your skills in recruitment strategies and HR best practices contributing to our mission of connecting top talent with leading organizations. We offer a competitive salary range of 250000 - 350000 annually along with a supportive work environment that encourages growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Conduct preliminary interviews and evaluate candidates
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
• Maintain accurate employee records and databases
• Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs
• Help manage employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters
