What are we looking for :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple verticals — including housekeeping, technical services, security, and administrative roles — ensuring our teams are equipped to deliver exceptional service nationwide

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and partnerships with institutes / vendors.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for operational and corporate roles.
• Partner with business heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver quality hires within set timelines.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments , ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Maintain and update recruitment metrics and dashboards to track hiring effectiveness.
• Ensure all recruitment practices align with company policies, DEI principles, and local labor laws.
