Project Manager – Fire Protection System
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Fire Protection System to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of fire protection projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire suppression, fire alarm, and fire safety systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Project Planning & Execution :
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for fire protection system installations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
2. Technical Oversight :
Review and approve fire protection system designs, including sprinklers, hydrants, alarms, and suppression systems.3. Team & Vendor Management :
Lead project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.4. Site Supervision & Quality Control :
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.Resolve technical issues and ensure adherence to safety standards.5. Compliance & Documentation :
Maintain all project documentation, including permits, reports, and compliance records.Coordinate with fire department and regulatory authorities for approvals and inspections.6. Client Communication & Reporting :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates.Prepare progress reports and conduct project review meetings.Qualifications & Skills :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Safety Engineering, or a related field.Experience : 5+ years of experience in fire protection system projects, including design, installation, and commissioning.
