Role Overview We're seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting activities. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a crucial role in our company's growth strategy.
What you'll be doing Building pipeline through Outbound channel through different outreach activities ( calling, emailing, linkedin outreach and through other Social media platforms) Qualify the meetings through discovery calls using different sales methodologies (BANT, Spin Selling, MEDDIC, etc...) Own individual targets and work towards building a strong pipeline for the Account Executive team to convert them into customers. Collaborate with other appropriate teams like marketing team (for collaterals), market research team ( for tools and database quality) and Account Executive team ( to stay updated with accounts / leads generated by you) Should be able to write good emails for doing personalized emails for doing Account Based Marketing (ABM) Give feedback to the marketing and product teams based on prospect interactions.
Qualifications 0 - 1 years of work experience in client-facing sales role from SaaS based companies (preferably Outbound sales for experienced candidates and for freshers knowledge on sales process and business development in general) Hands on experience in using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom Info, Apollo etc. Fresher who has the desire to kick start a career in sales with passion and hunger to grow. Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Flexibility in working in different shifts / regions mainly (US and UK). This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift and it will be confirmed after the onboarding.
