Role Overview

Responsible for the end-to-end operation of a 350 TPH Puzzolana plant. Managing a team of 35+, ensuring 16-hour uptime, and minimizing diesel consumption.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate between Mining (River bed), Processing, and Dispatch.
• Ensure production meets the daily target (approx. 3,500 - 4,000 Tonnes).
• Monitor Fuel Consumption (Target : <
