Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager - Training who will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs for our sales teams and ensuring consistent quality in communication, process adherence, and performance. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep sales knowledge, excellent coaching skills, and a strong understanding of metrics-driven performance improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement training programs (Product, Process, Soft Skills, Sales Techniques) tailored for new joiners and existing sales teams
  • Conduct regular training needs analysis and refreshers to improve performance
  • Monitor, assess, and improve the quality of customer interactions across all channels
  • Evaluate team performance using key metrics such as Conversion Rates, Call Quality, Compliance, etc.
  • Deliver feedback and coaching to improve communication, sales pitch, and adherence to process
  • Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Ops teams to align training with business goals
  • Prepare reports and present insights to leadership on training effectiveness and quality improvement

Key Skills :

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Sales, preferably in a tele-sales or B2C setup
  • At least 5+ years of proven experience in training and quality, especially for customer-facing or sales teams
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in performance metrics analysis
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess performance gaps and design targeted interventions
  • Hands-on experience with CRM & Telephony Systems and Quality Tools is a plus
  • Location : HSR Layout in Bangalore

    Working Days : 6 Days a Week
