Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing :  Build and manage a strong pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future positions.
• Interviewing :  Conduct in-depth interviews (via phone or in-person) to evaluate candidates' skills and potential.
• Candidate Management :  Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate questions, providing a positive experience.
• Performance Metrics :  Consistently meet or exceed weekly quotas for calls and emails.
