Head of Supply Chain Management

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of leadership in managing complex supply chain operations, driving process improvements, and achieving measurable results.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, practices, and methodologies, with a deep dive knowledge of new tools and technologies in supply chain management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive change.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships with suppliers and vendors.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
