Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Retail Marketing Manager to join our Kolkata head office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the retail marketing vertical with a strong focus on enhancing footfall and customer engagement. This role involves developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer loyalty, and sustained retail growth. They will collaborate closely with the retail operations, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader business objectives. Prior hands-on experience in store-level marketing is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated offline marketing strategies tailored to retail growth
- Lead all offline marketing initiatives with a focus on driving in-store footfall through hyperlocal campaigns, partnerships, and on-ground activations
- Leverage customer insights and segmentation to design impactful loyalty and engagement programs
- Oversee brand positioning, ATL / BTL campaigns, and public relations activities
- Work closely with sales, retail, and merchandising teams to maintain brand consistency and campaign alignment
- Monitor key performance indicators, evaluate ROI, and optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights
