Business Development Manager

We’re Hiring : Senior Business Development – Air & Sea Freight (Import & Export)

Locations : Mumbai | Chennai | Hyderabad | Ahmedabad

Industry : Freight Forwarding | Logistics | Global Trade

What You'll Do :

Generate & convert leads for Air & Sea Freight – Import & Export

Manage and grow key customer accounts

Prepare proposals, respond to RFQs, and close business deals

Coordinate with internal teams & overseas agents to deliver end-to-end solutions

Stay ahead with market intelligence and build brand presence

What We’re Looking For :

4–8 years in Business Development (Freight Forwarding / Logistics)

Strong understanding of Air & Sea Sales, operations, INCOTERMS, pricing & compliance

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented

Willingness to travel across assigned regions
