Deputy Manager - MEP Design

Preferred Total Experience : 5- 8 Years

Qualifications : Mandatory Bachelors in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities

• Ensures QC & T standards for all services. (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire suppression, Gas bank, Security systems, Filtration systems & IT systems).
• Creates detailed design for all services.
• Obtains sign off on the drawings.
• Manage and control energy consumption through efficient design.
• Prepares & recommends the standard budget for services based on current McDonald’s standards and specification.
• Presents rate contract and presents it to Design & Purchase Lead on an annual basis for services.
• Identifies and builds a network of consultant for MEP for the region.
• Designs and presents a training programme for execution team on MEP.
• Ensures EVA of Store Energy consumption to be + / -5 %.
