What you will do

Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role, you will help digitally transform Amgen's Supply chain capabilities via implementation of SAP S / 4HANA. As a technology professional within our global Digital, Technology, and Innovation (DTI) team, this role will help guide the transition from our global ERP instance on SAP ECC to the S / 4HANA Intelligent Enterprise. Roles & Responsibilities :

• Own the design of sophisticated Supply Chain Management (SCM) data models as part of the S / 4HANA implementation, ensuring that the data structures support both operational needs and future analytics capabilities, while aligning with project objectives.
• Map S / 4HANA data structures to the existing data architecture, including Enterprise Data Fabric (EDF) domains and various downstream systems, ensuring compatibility with analytics and reporting requirements across the broader data landscape.
• Support master data loads, inventory uploads, and data transfer activities, ensuring data readiness and integrity for both operational processes and analytical applications throughout the project.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of critical documentation such as functional designs, test cases, and user manuals. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with data engineers to develop user stories, mock-ups, and architectural designs that address analytics needs, ensuring data architecture aligns with future system design and integration plans.
• Contribute to the solution design and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) processes for Material, Customer, and Vendor master data, ensuring high-quality data that supports efficient analytics and reporting across the organization.
• Devise strategies to improve data quality and implement best practice controls, ensuring accurate, consistent data that supports both day-to-day operations and strategic analytics via tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
