Job Description :

We are hiring experienced IBM Maximo Technical Developers to work on enterprise-level implementations for our client Everest . The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Maximo customization, the Maximo Application Suite (MAS), and BIRT / COGNOS report development, with additional exposure to support activities.

Roles and Responsibilities :

For Developers (3–5 Years of Experience) :

  • Customize Maximo applications including MBOs, automation scripts, and application designer components.
  • Design and develop standard and custom BIRT reports.
  • Assist in minor support tasks such as bug fixes and incident resolution.
  • Work with senior developers and business analysts to understand requirements and contribute to solutioning.
  • Participate in unit testing and documentation of developed components.
  • Follow ITIL processes for change and incident management.

For Senior Developers (5–8 Years of Experience) :

  • Design, develop, and enhance complex Maximo customizations and technical modules.
  • Lead development of BIRT reports; exposure to COGNOS is an added advantage.
  • Develop integrations with external systems using MIF, REST / SOAP APIs, or middleware tools.
  • Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues.
  • Contribute to deployment and post-deployment support activities.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Strong hands-on experience in IBM Maximo development and customization.
  • Proficiency in Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
  • Experience with BIRT reporting (COGNOS is a plus).
  • Good understanding of Automation Scripting, Java-based MBO customization, and application configuration.
  • Knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and web services (REST / SOAP).
  • Familiarity with ticket-based support systems and ITIL processes.
