Executive Retail B2C (Telecaller & Domestic Sales)

The Executive Retail B2C will be responsible for outbound and inbound customer interactions to promote Avis Indias car rental and mobility services. The role involves lead generation sales conversion customer relationship management and achievement of defined targets ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills
- Proven experience in telesales telecalling or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal communication persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Strong target orientation and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the car rental or mobility market is preferred.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.Effectively communicate product features benefits and pricing to generate interest and close sales.Handle inbound inquiries related to services pricing and promotions converting them into sales.Identify and qualify leads follow up on prospective customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline.Maintain accurate records of calls leads and customer feedback in the CRM system.Build long-term relationships with customers by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.Collaborate with internal teams for smooth coordination and service fulfillment.Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales and call volume targets.Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or service coordination.PREFERRED SKILLS
