About the Role :
We are seeking a highly driven Key Account Manager with a strong understanding of Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) and Online Marketplaces to manage strategic accounts, drive revenue growth, and strengthen partnerships with top e-commerce platforms. This role will require expertise in marketplace dynamics, SKU performance tracking, visibility & stock optimization, and actionable insights to enhance brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities :
- Account Management & Growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key marketplace and Q-commerce partners.
- Own end-to-end account strategy for major platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart).
- Identify growth opportunities and drive sales by recommending and executing promotions, listings, and campaigns.
- Marketplace & Quick Commerce Expertise
- Monitor marketplace trends, platform policies, and competitor activity.
- Ensure accurate product listings, content, and visibility across platforms.
- Optimize SKU assortment, pricing, and stock allocation for Q-commerce efficiency.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track SKU-level performance, sales, stock-outs, and platform-specific metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to improve conversion, sales velocity, and availability.
- Generate dashboards and regular reports for internal leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to implement promotional strategies.
- Partner with internal data teams to analyze sales trends, market share, and SKU performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all operational and commercial issues with marketplace partners.
- Business Planning & Forecasting
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans for key accounts.
- Forecast sales, inventory requirements, and promotional ROI.
- Support long-term strategic planning to scale marketplace operations.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).3-5 years experience in Key Account Management, e-commerce, or Quick Commerce operations.Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics , Q-commerce logistics, and digital retail analytics.Proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and delivering operational excellence.Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI / Tableau) to track performance.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Competencies :
