What is the key purpose of a Team Lead, People Ops Shared Service Centre?

As a Team Lead in our People Ops Shared Service Centre, you will lead a team of People Ops Administrators in providing seamless HR support across multiple global locations. Youll be responsible for overseeing the teams day-to-day operations, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring HR processes are executed efficiently and accurately. This role will challenge you to foster a collaborative environment while driving continuous improvements and delivering exceptional HR service across the organization.
