Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, research, and engage potential clients in the IT and B2B services sectors
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Seamless.ai, and others to build and maintain a robust lead pipeline
- Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and feedback loop
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and continuously refine lead generation strategies
- Maintain and update CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, etc., ensuring clean and actionable Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA graduates welcome)
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the IT services domain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRMs
- A high degree of proactivity, punctuality, and ownership
- Strong organizational skills and a performance-driven mindset
