Overview
The ServiceNow Developer plays a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement ITIL processes within ServiceNow to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Create and modify workflows and data models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize JavaScript to create client scripts and business rules.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Perform regular system upgrades and patches with minimal downtime.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
- Document technical specifications and assembled code for future reference.
- Monitor system performance and conduct ongoing maintenance.
- Create user-friendly dashboards and reports to facilitate data visibility.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Participate in system testing and ensure all features are working as intended.
- Assist in training and supporting end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.Strong understanding of ServiceNow application architecture and capabilities.Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other related technologies.Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting methods, including business rules and client scripts.Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integration.Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.Skilled in developing Service Portal applications using AngularJS.Understanding of version control systems, such as Git.Problem-solving abilities to diagnose and address issues effectively.Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Certifications in ServiceNow such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist are a plus.Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies is preferable.Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.Skills : bigpanda,version control systems,problem solving,teamwork,rest apis,css,itil,angularjs,soap apis,servicenow,html,problem-solving,javascript,communication,version control
