Role Overview :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and communication-driven Client Outreach Intern
to join our
Sales and Business Development Team . In this role, you will support outreach efforts to
potential clients , assist in
nurturing relationships , and help identify
new business opportunities .
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to
client communication, outreach strategies, and CRM management
in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
This role includes a
three-month paid internship
, with the potential for
conversion to a permanent position
based on performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in
client outreach campaigns
through
email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels .
Research and identify
potential clients and decision-makers
in target industries.
Support in
writing personalized outreach messages and follow-ups .
Maintain and update
client databases and CRM tools
with accurate contact details and communication logs.
Coordinate and schedule
introductory calls or meetings
between clients and the sales team.
Collaborate with the team to
prepare proposals, presentations, and client documents .
Track and report outreach progress and
help analyze campaign performance .
Conduct
market and competitor research
to support lead generation efforts.
Participate in
brainstorming sessions
for improving communication strategies and engagement methods.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree
in
Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field .
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
(verbal and written).
Excellent
research and organizational abilities .
Proficiency in
Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Interest in
client relationship management, sales communication,
and
business outreach .
Ability to
work collaboratively
in a team environment.
Familiarity with
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools,
or email automation tools is a plus.
